Location: Registration Office is at the Lobby, the Level 1 of CNCC
  • Valid membership number required (Membership fees paid until 23 Aug 2024) New membership applications and payments received after 23 Aug 2024 will NOT entitle the discounted registration fee. Please check here to apply for APASL MEMBERSHIP.
  • Copy of the university/staff card or a letter from the head of department or university is required to upload to the online registration system.
  • Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference. All presenting authors of accepted abstract are required to make registration for the conference separately. The early bird registration fees be extended for Presenting authors accordingly.
  • Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Registration fee applied will be based on the date of payment.
  • Date and time are all based on Beijing Time (GMT+8).

Registration Fee Includes

  • Admission to scientific sessions on 26-27 Mar 2025 Only, excluding those separated registration sessions
  • Lunch and coffee breaks (if available)
  • Admission to satellite symposium, poster and industrial exhibition
  • Conference materials including final program book and digital abstract book

  • Please include the phrase "APASL 2025 and participant name" in the transfer details.
  • After the successful transaction, kindly upload a scanned copy of the remittance voucher with the phrase "APASL 2025 and participant name" to the order system on the website.
  • The Registration Team will update the order status as necessary and issue a payment confirmation letter within one week, if the remittance voucher is in order.
  • The registrant is responsible for covering any handling fees associated with the bank transfer.

  • All cancellations must be sent by email to the Secretariat via registration@apasl2025beijing.com
  • Notification received in writing prior to 31 Dec 2024: Full refund less CNY 500 handling fees
  • Notification received in writing after 31 Dec 2024: No refund.

A group with minimum of 10 delegates or company representatives should contact the Conference Secretariat for the Group Registration via at registration@apasl2025beijing.com

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the in-person component received will not be refunded.
